In Class: Today students worked on their Thesis Statements for their Civics Outline. They did a peer-edit activity to get some helpful feedback on their thesis.
There is no homework tonight. In Class: Today, students had half the period to work on their research. The other half of the period was instruction/work time on creating their "Working Thesis"
I also showed students how to submit their research to me tonight. If you are stuck, I have attached here the instructions for submission. Civics Outline Info Homework: Research due by 10PM tonight Working Thesis Statements due Monday in class In Class: Today was a research day.

Homework: Step 1 of the Research Process due Friday, 11/15 In Class: Today we went over 5 Supreme Court Cases. We also went over Thesis Writing Instruction in preparation for the Civics Outline.
There is no homework. In Class: Students began looking at Supreme Court Cases.
